Nick Bolton is Director of Investment and Marketing for North Northants Development Company (NNDC), the Urban Regeneration Company established to deliver the planned housing growth and regeneration across North Northamptonshire.

Nick joined NNDC in September 2006 and was instrumental in the launch of the award winning More in Corby place marketing campaign, which has successfully put the town back on the map with would-be home-buyers.

Nick is a key facilitator of the partnerships that are working to attract more investment in North Northamptonshire; from its transport infrastructure to its employment sites and premises.

Chief Executive NNDC

Simon Evans is Chief Executive of North Northants Development Company (NNDC), the local delivery vehicle for North Northamptonshire.

Appointed Project Director of NNDC at its inception in May 2006, he has been integral to the successful preparation, planning and progression of the area’s large scale regeneration and infrastructure projects and was promoted to the role of Deputy Chief Executive in December 2007 and Chief Executive in April 2008.

Simon Evans has over 25 years experience in town planning and urban regeneration and is qualified both as a Chartered Town Planner and Chartered Surveyor and has also worked in private practice as Principal Planning Consultant to Drivers Jonas, the chartered surveyors and real estate consultants

Project Director at NNDC

Caroline Wardle has vast experience of physical regeneration and development from both sides of the fence. Currently Project Director at North Northants Development Company (NNDC), the local delivery vehicle for North Northamptonshire, Caroline was formerly a regional Land and Planning Director for Taylor Wimpey and George Wimpey. A fully qualified Air Traffic Controller, Caroline spent the first nine years of her career in the service of the Royal Air Force (RAF).

Michael is the Investment Corporate Sales Executive for Invest Northamptonshire, a role that oversees all inward investment enquiries. Michael works closely with leading intermediaries providing introductions to future investment opportunities. Acting Head of Policy and Marketing, WNDC

Iain leads WNDC’s marketing, communications and public affairs activity. He also manages WNDC’s input into urban regeneration policy. He has considerable experience and knowledge of the commercial property market, having also worked for a prominent UK lender. He is WNDC’s main representative at MIPIM 2010, promoting some excellent investment opportunities across West Northamptonshire, part of the UK’s biggest and most successful growth area.
