Following a successful visit to MIPIM last year, where Northamptonshire was positioned as a leading UK location for investment and growth. Our 2010 activities will continue to promote the Northamptonshire Growth Agenda within the property development and investment community, by promoting the county and looking for partners and investors.

The Northamptonshire team at MIPIM 2010 will comprise of key figures from Northamptonshire Enterprise Ltd (NEL), North Northamptonshire Development Company (NNDC), West Northamptonshire Development Corporation (WNDC) and Silverstone Circuits.
Northamptonshire Enterprise Limited (NEL) is a partnership between Northamptonshire’s public, private and voluntary sectors and was created to offer a ‘one voice’ approach to Economic Development, Inward Investment and Tourism/Destination Management.
North Northants Development Company (NNDC) is the Urban Regeneration Company responsible for driving, co-ordinating and managing the delivery of this growth in a sustainable manner, through the procurement of infrastructure and employment led development across North Northamptonshire.
West Northamptonshire Development Corporation (WNDC) promotes the delivery of sustainable growth and regeneration in Northampton, Daventry and Towcester. WNDC is making things happen, focused on delivery and is perfectly placed to bring about change quickly and smoothly, whilst a positive and welcoming environment for potential investors.
